Unicode Testing

I have run into some issues here and there with html unicode characters not showing up on my android phone.

I started adding various ones here... some that I wanted to use in one place or another, plus other random ones to see if I could find a pattern of why some show up as a square block on my android phone while some seem to display fine.

As it turns out, that pattern seems to be any unicode characters that are v7.0 or newer show up as blocks. So, at least I know that if I want to use some random unicode characters... make sure they are version 6 or lower.

All unicode characters on this page are styled using firebrick as their color. Some of them retain their built-in color and cannot be changed via css.
